Application: TunnelBear VPN

Tunnelbear is a free VPN service that allows to access content across the world. There are also mobile app versions. To block this application from creating VPN tunnels (1) enable all TunnelBear VPN application signatures, (2) enable DPI-SSL Client Inspection, and (3) enable both Encrypted Key Exchange (EKE) signatures (SIDs 5 and 7).
